TURN AROUND TIME
Production typically 1-2 weeks plus shipping time, If there is a delay in production, the announcement bar will reflect the most current production time. If you need your order sooner, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate. There is always the opportunity to rush your order! Items designated as “in stock and ready to ship” in the product description above, will ship or be ready for pick-up within 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship 1-2 days following production. You will receive an updated email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Any damages, including loss of missing packages are not the responsibility of Mallory Designs. If something does happen in transit, please reach out and I would be happy to help!
